Advantages of aluminum radiator: The mold development cycle is relatively short, the cost is low, and it is suitable for mass production of constant cross-section products.
Disadvantages of aluminum radiator: material limitations, not suitable for the extrusion of complex cross-section copper radiators; the thickness of the teeth must be greater than 0.5, and the ratio of the height and spacing of the teeth must not be greater than 19.
The characteristics of aluminum radiators determine that the extrusion is suitable for heat dissipation fields with large batches, low power consumption and high product price requirements. Mainly used in ordinary CPU heat sinks, LED low-power lighting and low-power chip heat dissipation, etc., it is a process choice with good cost performance for mass supply.
